Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" means the h89ii website operated at the domain h89ii.cam, including all sub-pages, features, and services accessible therein.
• "h89ii", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the internationally incorporated entity operating the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal wagering account created by a Player upon completion of the registration process.
• "Real Funds" means monies deposited by a Player into their Account using an approved payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by h89ii under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), which is the default time zone used for all operational schedules on h89ii.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the base currency of all transactions on the Platform.

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the h89ii Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. h89ii reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued identity card or passport — to verify your age at any time. Accounts where underage use is suspected will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing an online betting platform of this nature does not violate applicable local laws. h89ii primarily serves English-preference players residing in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. h89ii accepts no liability for any breach of local law resulting from a Player's decision to access the Platform.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are ineligible to register for or maintain an Account with h89ii:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Current employees, contractors, or agents of h89ii or any affiliated entity, and their immediate family members;
• Persons who have been self-excluded or excluded by h89ii for any reason;
• Persons acting as agents or proxies for a third party for the purpose of placing wagers.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access wagering services on h89ii, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian bank account or approved e-wallet registered in your own name. h89ii will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets held in a third-party name.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain one Account only. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different device, a different IP address, or any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. h89ii reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any funds held within them, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. h89ii will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify h89ii support immediately at [email protected] so that the Account can be temporarily frozen pending investigation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

h89ii operates a mandatory Know Your Customer process. You will be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal is approved:

• A clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or passport);
• A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) confirming your residential address;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your BCA or BRI mobile banking profile page).

Additional documentation may be requested at h89ii's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 calendar days of a request will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting h89ii support. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC clearance. Bonus Funds and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

h89ii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved channels. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum single deposit: Rp 50.000.000. Daily deposit caps may be adjusted by h89ii at its discretion or upon a Player's request as part of the responsible-gaming toolset. Players may request a permanent reduction of their deposit limit at any time; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved;
• The withdrawal destination must be a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own legal name — no third-party withdrawals;
• Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before Real Funds can be withdrawn;
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.

4.4 Processing Times

h89ii targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on standard business days. Requests submitted after that cutoff or during national public holidays in Indonesia may be processed on the following business day. h89ii is not responsible for additional delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

h89ii maintains rigorous anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All deposits must originate from accounts or wallets held in the Player's own name. Suspicious transaction patterns will trigger an internal review and may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. Structuring transactions to circumvent AML thresholds is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by h89ii — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions — are governed first by these general bonus terms and secondly by the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless a promotion states otherwise, the following default game contribution rates apply to wagering requirements:

• Sportsbook (pre-match and live markets): 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.50;
• Live casino (Evolution Gaming tables): 10% contribution;
• Slots (Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt): 100% contribution;
• Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw games: 50% contribution;
• All other games: 0% contribution unless explicitly stated in the promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically without further notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

h89ii monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, exploiting system errors, using automated wagering software, or breaching any other bonus condition. Where abuse is identified, h89ii reserves the right to void all associated bets, confiscate Bonus Funds and related winnings, and permanently close the Account.

Player Conduct & Fair Play

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following on the h89ii Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interfaces with the Platform without explicit authorisation;
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or manipulate game results;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors — any winnings obtained from a known error are not valid and will be voided;
• Communicating offensive, abusive, or threatening language to h89ii staff or other players via any support channel;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

6.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any confirmed breach of the conduct rules set out in Clause 6.1 may result in, at h89ii's sole discretion: a formal warning, temporary Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, forfeiture of Real Funds where the breach involves fraud or money laundering, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

6.3 Bet Void and Cancellation Policy

h89ii reserves the right to void, cancel, or recalculate any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; (b) the odds were published in error; (c) the bet was placed using information not publicly available at the time of placement; or (d) the integrity of the event is under investigation by a relevant sporting authority.

Responsible Gaming

h89ii is committed to providing a safe and controlled wagering environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period. Once reached, no further wagers can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary pause (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the h89ii Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of h89ii or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes only.

You must not: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of h89ii; scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the Platform; or use h89ii's trademarks, brand name, or logo without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h89ii, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data caused by your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, or force-majeure events;
• Any actions taken by h89ii in good faith pursuant to its AML or responsible-gaming obligations, including Account freezes or fund holds.

In all circumstances, h89ii's maximum aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Funds balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h89ii is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits h89ii's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity on the Platform.

Amendments

h89ii reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before they take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be published without prior notice. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at h89ii.cam/terms-conditions and carries the effective date shown at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
